摘  要:目的测定银杏嫩叶中香气成分的组成和相对含量。方法利用顶空固相微萃取技术萃取银杏嫩叶中的化学成分,并结合气相色谱-质谱联用法分析银杏嫩叶中香气化学成分的组成和含量。结果从银杏嫩叶的香气成分中解析出9种醇类、8种烃类及其衍生物、7种酯类、2种酮类、2种芳香化合物、1种醛类,共计29种化学成分。其中,含量超过3%的化合物有4-己烯-1-醇(47.33%)、甲酸已酯(15.03%)、反式-2-己烯-1-醇(6.68%)、乙醇(6.02%)、4-羟基-3-己酮(5.38%)、薁(5.30%)、异硫氰酸苯乙酯(3.61%)等。结论所用方法具有无损样品、无需萃取溶剂、自动便捷、灵敏度高等优点,为银杏嫩叶药用植物资源的研究与开发提供了依据。OBJECTIVE To analyze the composition and relative content of aroma chemical components in the tender leaves of Ginkgo biloba.METHODS HS-SPME technology was used to extract the chemical components from the tender leaves of G.biloba and GC-MS was adopted to analyze the composition and content of the aroma chemical components.RESULTS A total of 29 aroma chemical compounds were isolated and identified from the tender leaves of G.biloba,including alcohols,hydrocarbons and their derivatives,esters,ketones,aromatic compounds and aldehydes.The components with a content exceading 3%were 4-hexen-1-ol(47.33%),hexyl formate(15.03%),trans-2-hexen-1-ol(6.68%),ethanol(6.02%),4-hydroxyhexan-3-one(5.38%),azulene(5.30%),and phenylethyl isothiocyanate(3.61%).CONCLUSION The method is antomatic and convenient which requies no need to destroy samples solvent or use extraction.This paper provides an experimental basis for the research and development of the tender leaves of G.biloba.
