摘 要:美国“放学后计划”经过一百多年的探索,已经发展成为校内外协同推进的课后服务系统。多渠道资金来源、多样化人员结构、多主体信息互通和多机构协同评估运行质量的实施策略,保证了“放学后计划”为儿童提供优质的课后教育,体现了“放学后计划”凭借立法引领发展、强调协作提供资源、重视评估改进质量的特征。美国“放学后计划”协同育人的理念和措施在提升学生学业水平、改善学生学习行为、保持儿童身体健康等方面已经取得积极成效,同时也在持续性发展中面临需求量大、资金不足、师资水平参差等诸多挑战。After 100 years of exploration,“After-school Programs”in the United States has developed into a coordinated after-school service system.Guaranteed by multi-channel funding sources,diverse staff structure,multi-subject information sharing and multi-agency collaborative evaluation of operation,all of which provide high-quality education for children after school.The feature development based on legislation and resources with the emphasis on collaboration,along with quality improvement according to the assessment.The concept and strategy of“After-school Programs”have achieved positive results,e.g.,promoting students’academic level,improving students’learning behavior,and maintaining children’s physical health.Meanwhile,it also faces many challenges in the sustainable development,such as large demand,insufficient funds,and uneven quality of teachers.
