摘　　要：专业教育是人才培养的基本单元,教育部提出教育数字化,职业教育人才培养也需要根据产业转型升级而进行数字化改造,提升专业的数字化水平。基于目前专业数字化转型升级存在的问题,本文分析了专业数字化建设的内涵要素,依据教育理论,提出课程建设、师资队伍、培养模式、教材建设、教学评价等方面的数字化改造途径及思路,目的是整体推进专业升级与数字化改造,以提高人才培养质量。Specialty education is the basic unit of personnel training.The Ministry of Education proposes that education be digitized,and vocational education personnel training also needs to be digitalized according to industrial transformation and upgrading to improve the specialty digital level.Based on the problems existing in the current specialty digital transformation and upgrading,this paper analyzes the connotation elements of specialty digital construction,and according to the educational theory,puts forward the ways and ideas of digital transformation in the aspects of curriculum construction,teaching staff,training mode,teaching material construction,teaching evaluation and so on,in order to promote specialty upgrading and digital transformation as a whole,so as to improve the quality of personnel training.
