摘  要:以固定化脂肪酶Novozyme435在非水相体系催化阿魏酸与香茅醇进行酯化反应,合成阿魏酸香茅醇酯。在对有机溶剂、脂肪酶加入量、反应温度、底物摩尔比等单因素实验考察的基础上,通过响应面实验对酶促合成阿魏酸香茅醇酯工艺进行优化。结果表明在反应体系为3 mL异辛烷中,阿魏酸与香茅醇的底物摩尔比为1∶6(其中阿魏酸加入量为0.5 mmol),脂肪酶加入量为105 g,分子筛加入量为0.5 g,65℃反应120 h后,酯化反应转化率可达90.39%,反应产率明显提高。The immobilized lipase novozyme435 was used to catalyze the esterification of ferulic acid and citronellol in a non-aqueous system to synthesize citronellyl ferulate.On the basis of single-factor experiments,organic solvents,the amount of lipase,reaction temperature,and molar ratio of substrate were examined,the enzymatic synthesis of citronellyl ferulate was optimized by response surface methodology.The results showed that in a reaction system of 3 mL isooctane,when ferulic acid and substrate molar ratio of citronellol 1∶6(wherein the amount of ferulic acid was 0.5 mmol),the amount of lipase was 105 g,and the amount of molecular sieve was 0.5 g,under 65℃after 120 h of the reaction,the esterification conversion rate could be up to 90.39%,which significantly improved the product yield of reaction.
