摘  要:就业能力作为连接职业教育人才培养与技术技能人才需求的中介环节,是职业教育服务制造业转型升级的重要切入点。通过挖掘网络招聘信息,采用大数据计量的方法提取智造时代高职学生的就业能力要素,并结合已有文献分析和专家咨询法予以修正,然后运用问卷调查法进行验证,最后借鉴素质洋葱模型构建出高职学生就业能力结构模型。该模型涵盖了方法能力、技术能力、社会能力、学习能力和个体特质5个能力维度,并包含责任感、数字能力、创新能力、复杂问题解决能力等21个具体能力要素。通过构建高职学生就业能力结构模型发现,智造时代高职学生的就业能力呈现出要素日益更新化、维度日益复合化与层次日益知识化等特征。Higher vocational students'employability,as an intermediary link connecting the cultivation of vocational education talents and the demand for technical and skilled talents,is an important entry point for the transformation and upgrading of vocational education service manufacturing industry.By mining the online recruitment information,using the big data measurement method to extract the employability elements of higher vocational students in the era of intelligent manufacturing,combined with the existing literature analysis,modify the ability elements through the expert consultation method,use the questionnaire survey method to verify,and use the quality onion model for reference to construct the employability structure model.In the era of intelligent manufacturing and the overall strategy of high-quality development of vocational education,we finally constructed an aggregate ability structure model covering five ability dimensions:method ability,technical ability,social ability,learning ability and individual characteristics,and including 21 specific abilities such as sense of responsibility,digital ability,innovation ability and complex problem-solving ability.
