摘 要:剪叉机构升降一般需要液压缸进行驱动,液压缸的不同布置方式会造成剪叉机构升降速度等参数的差异。本文利用速度瞬心法,分别推导了液压缸竖直布置和水平布置时剪叉机构升降速度与活塞杆伸出速度关系公式和活塞杆行程与台面升降行程的关系。通过对整机和单个剪叉杆的受力分析,建立了剪叉机构的动力学模型。推导两种布置方式下剪叉机构台面载荷和液压缸推力之间的关系公式。并以液压升降梯为例,运用仿真模拟两种布置方式的液压缸推力、活塞杆伸出量和台面升降速度,分析各自优势及适用场景。The lifting of shearing fork mechanism generally needs hydraulic cylinder to drive,and the different arrangement of hydraulic cylinder will cause the difference of the lifting speed and other parameters of shearing fork mechanism.In this paper,the relationship formula between the lifting speed of the fork mechanism and the piston rod extension speed and the piston rod stroke and the table lifting stroke are derived respectively by using the speed instantaneous center method when the cylinder is arranged vertically and horizontally.Through the force analysis of the whole machine and a single fork bar,the dynamic model of the shear fork mechanism is established.The relationship formula between the surface load of the shear fork mechanism and the thrust force of the hydraulic cylinder is derived.Taking hydraulic elevator as an example,the hydraulic cylinder thrust,piston rod extension and table lifting speed of two layout modes are simulated to analyze their respective advantages and application scenarios.
