摘  要:不同形式学习成果学分认定和转换,是构建终身学习体系和人才成长立交桥的基础和先导。高等教育自学考试作为我国特有的国家考试制度和高等继续教育形式,在终身学习体系构建中发挥着重要作用。开展基于高等教育自学考试的不同学习成果之间的学分认定与转换研究是探索建立具有中国特色不同学习成果之间学分认定与转换机制的重要途径。基于以不同学习者需求为中心、以本科主考高校为主体、坚持质量标准效果统一、坚持统筹设计规范实施的基本原则,分别从院校和专业的确定选择、考试计划的细分、考核方式的多样化等方面构建云南省高等教育自学考试本科层次的不同学习成果学分认定和转换实践模式,并对K大学开展了案例研究。从学分认定和转换院校、专业、必修课程综合评价方式、信息化技术应用等方面提出了切实可行的策略。通过在自考本科与高职专科之间建立学分认定和转换原则,以及对云南省高等教育自学考试本科层次的不同学习成果学分认定和转换实践的积极尝试,为实现不同学习成果的认定和转换提供有效参考。The credit recognition and conversion between dfferent learning achievements are the foundationand forerunner for building the lifelong learning system and the so-called"overpass"for the growth of the tal-ent.As a unique national examination system and continuing higher education form in China,the national self-taught higher education examinations play an importantrole in the construction of the lifelong leaning system.The research on credit recognition and conversion between diferent learning achievements based on the nationalSelf-Taught Higher Education Examinations is an important way to explore the establishment of credit recogni-tion and conversion mechanism between diferent leaming achievements with Chinese characteristics.The paperputs forward four principles,namely,focusing on the needs of diferent learners,taking the undergraduate universities of chief examiners as the main body,adhering to the unity of quality standards and effects,and adhe-ring to the unified design and standardized implementation,to construct the practice model of credit recognitionand conversion between different learning achievements at the undergraduate level of Self-Taught Higher Education Examinations in Yunnan Province from the aspects of the determination and selection of colleges and ma-jors,the subdivision of examination plans,and the diversification of assessment methods.And a case study wasconducted on K University,proposing practical strategies from the perspectives of universities and majors ofcredit recognition and transfer,comprehensive evaluation methods for compulsory courses,and application of in-formation technology.Through the establishment of credit recognition and conversion principles between self-taught undergraduate university and higher vocational colleges,as well as the positive attempt of credit recogni-tion and conversion practice of different leaming achievements at the undergraduate level of Self-Taught HigherEducation Examinations in Yunnan Province,it provides effective reference for the credit recogni
