摘　　要：阐述职业教育中的电工技术课程教学实践,分层技能教学、因材施教的做法,让不同层次的学生都能学有所获,提升课堂的教学效果,以及技能人才的培养质量。This paper expounds the teaching practice of electrical technology courses in vocational education,including layered skill teaching and individualized teaching,in order to enable students at different levels to learn and improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching and the quality of skilled talent cultivation.
