摘 要:绩效测量、分析与改进是组织绩效管理的关键,以安徽交通职业技术学院为例,将卓越绩效模式引入高职院校管理,构建绩效测量系统,对日常绩效实施过程动态调整,形成绩效指标的测量、分析评价与改进过程图。选取10项关键绩效指标,通过内部纵向和横向对比分析,找到数据和信息的内在规律。通过绩效测量、分析与评价,提出改进与创新的两项内容,即核心竞争力提升和测量方法改进,以期取得更好的结果,为学校或其他组织提供借鉴。The performance measurement,analysis and improvement are the key points in organizing performance management.Taking Anhui communications vocational and technical college as an example,this paper introduces the performance excellence model into college management,builds the performance measurement system,adjusts the daily application process,and forms the procedure charts of performance indicators in measurement,assessment and improvement.Through internal vertical and horizontal comparative analysis,ten key performance indicators are selected to find out the internal rules of data and information.By the way of performance measurement,analysis and assessment,this paper proposes two improvement and innovation contents that are the promotion of core competitiveness and improvement of measurement methods in order to acquire better achievements and provide references for other colleges.
