复杂适应系统视域下高职院校课程体系研究

摘　　要：要增强职业教育的适应性,就必须增强其课程体系的适应性。将复杂适应系统理论的基本工具——两个概念、两个规则、七个基本属性作为分析框架,考察高职院校课程体系的复杂适应系统属性及其适应性不足的现实表征。作为一种典型的复杂适应系统,高职院校课程体系在主体上要增强主动意识、适应能力,在内部结构上要建设“基础课聚焦+专业课综合”的学历教育课程体系、“分级分类+资源包”的职业培训课程模块、“品种多样+开放共享”的社区教育课程超市,在机制上要强化适应性的目标导向、推动模块化教学改革、完善建设运行的保障条件。To enhance the adaptability of vocational education,we must enhance the adaptability of its curriculum system.The an-alytical framework of Complex Adaptive System have two concepts,Two sets of rules,Seven basic attributes,which can be used to study the curriculum system of Higher Vocational Colleges and the challenge of insufficient adaptability.The curriculum system of high-er vocational colleges is a typical complex adaptive system.We should enhance the adaptability of it from three aspects:enhancing the adaptability of theagent and the internal structure and the mechanism.
