摘  要:教师队伍是推动社区教育内涵化建设和高质量发展的核心要素,其中,专职教师更是重中之重。通过以上海社区院校的专职教师为研究对象,使用自主编制的调查问卷实施网络调研,采用描述性统计进行数据分析,掌握了上海社区教育专职教师的来源途径、学历职称、工作内容、专业成长、科研参与、工作情感和发展需求等方面的整体情况,并对其在职业认同、专业能力、队伍结构、工作状态和技术应用等方面呈现的问题进行分析,基于此提出了针对性的对策建议。The team of teachers is the core element to promote the connotation construction and high-quality development of community education,among which full-time teachers are the top priority.This research takes full-time teachers from Shanghai community colleges as the research object,conducts online survey research with self-made questionnaires,and mainly uses descriptive statistics for data analysis.Information on overall situation in some aspects has been obtained,including the source,academic titles,job content,professional growth,scientific research participation,work emotions and development needs of Shanghai community education full-time teachers.In addition,it analyzes the following problems:occupational identity,professional ability,team structure,work status and technology application of the teachers.Based on the analytical results,this research proposes targeted recommendations.
