摘　　要：中小学教师主动进行论文写作,需要教师明确论文写作意义,激发和维持写作动机,学会科学运用时间管理的方法,熟悉论文写作流程。It is necessary for primary and secondary school teachers to identify the significance of writing academic papers,stimulate and maintain the motivation for writing,learn scientific methods of time manage-ment and become familiar with the writing process when they are actively engaged in dissertation writing.
