摘　　要：职业化发展指数是评价“新职业”研学旅行指导师职业化水平,促进专业人才队伍培育建设的重要依据。在已有研究的基础上,提出从职业准入、职业训练、职业认同和职业道德4个维度,构建我国研学旅行指导师职业化11个三级指标的发展指数。运用德尔菲法和模糊综合指数法,利用YAAHP软件确定权重。通过问卷采集了覆盖全国34个省份的2515份问卷,进行了研学旅行指导师职业化发展指数测算。The professionalization development index is an important basis for evaluating the professionalization level of study tour instructors,an emerging profession,and promoting the cultivation and construction of professional talent teams.On the basis of existing research,it is proposed to construct a development index of 11 indicators for the professionalization of study tour instructors in China from four dimensions:career admission,career training,career identity,and professional ethics.Delphi method and fuzzy comprehensive index method are used.The weight is determined with YAAHP software.2,515 questionnaires covering 34 provincial-leuel administrative regins across the country have been collected,and the professionalization development index of study tour instructors has been calculated.
