摘　　要：西安铁路职业技术学院铁道工程技术专业群精准对接区域经济结构布局,围绕区域产业升级和技术更新,不断深化教育教学改革。落实立德树人,推进德育教育;创新“德技双修、三融三分、工学结合、校企共育”人才培养模式;构建能力递进的模块化课程体系,推进资源库建设与升级;实施“五大计划”,打造创新团队;引入“三新”,校企共建双创平台、“五大技术服务中心”和实践教学基地;为企业解决技术难题,开展高质量培训;建设专业群建设指导委员会,创新机制,完善制度,构建专业群运行机制和保障体系。通过建设,实现专业群内涵发展、特色发展和创新发展,打造“西铁院铁道工程技术专业群”品牌,引领带动国内同类专业群发展。The railway engineering technology professional group of Xi'an Railway Vocational and Technical College accurately docks with the layout of regional economic structure,and continuously deepens the reform of education and teaching around regional industrial upgrading and technological upgrading.Implementing moral cultivation is to promote moral education;Innovating the talent training model of“dual training of German and technical skills,three integrations and three points,integration of engineering and learning,and school-enterprise co-education”is to build a modular curriculum system with progressive capabilities,and promote the construction and upgrading of resource pools.Implementing the“Five Plans”is to build an innovative team;Introducing the“three new”is to build a dual innovation platform school-enterprise with“five technical service centers”and practical teaching bases.Solving technical problems for enterprises and carrying out high-quality training is to establish a steering committee for the construction of professional groups,innovating mechanisms,improving systems,and building operational mechanisms and guarantee systems for professional groups.Through construction,the connotation development,characteristic development and innovative development of professional groups will be realized,and the brand of“West Railway Institute Railway Engineering and Technology Professional Group”will be created,leading the development of similar professional groups in China.
