摘 要:以2021年1月至12月于重庆医科大学附属第一医院内分泌内科实习的重庆医科大学全日制护理本科实习生为研究对象,2021年1月至6月的实习护生为对照组,2021年7月至12月的实习护生为观察组。观察组采用基于场域理论的课程思政模式,对照组采用传统的课程思政教学方法。实践表明,基于场域理论,从本质、关系、实践多方面落实思政教学,有利于提高护生人文关怀能力、职业认同感以及实习满意度,值得进一步探索和应用。The research object of this study was full-time undergraduate nursing interns from Chongqing Medical University who practiced in the Department of Endocrinology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January to December 2021.The nursing interns from January to June 2021 were the control group,and the nursing interns from July to December 2021 were the observation group.The observation group adopted the Ideological&Political education model based on domain theory,while the control group adopted the traditional Ideological&Political education teaching method.Practice shows that the former teaching model implemented from the aspects of essence,relationship and practice is beneficial to improve the humanistic care ability,professional identity and internship satisfaction of nursing students,which is worthy of further exploration and application.
