新时代高职院校劳动教育校内支持体系现状调查研究——以连云港市S校为例

摘　　要：劳动教育是新时代高职院校以德育人的重要内容之一,也是培养德智体美劳全面发展社会主义接班人和建设者的重要途径。采用问卷法和访谈法,通过调查发现,学生整体劳动素养欠佳,高职院校劳动教育的工作开展中存在着劳动教育开展场所不足、物质资源匮乏、师资队伍建设不完善、劳动教育机制虚化、评价体系不完善等问题。为进一步推动劳动教育的开展,提升新时代高职院校劳动教育的质量,提出以下建议:加强开展劳动教育校内条件的保障、完善劳动教育师资队伍建设、优化劳动教育课程体系、构建有效的劳动教育管理机制及评价体系等。Labor education is one of the important contents of moral education in higher vocational colleges in the new era.It is also an important way to train successors and builders of socialism who develop morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically and laboriously in an all-round way.This research adopts the methods of questionnaire and interview.Through the survey,it is found that the overall labor literacy of students is poor.There are problems in the development of labor education in higher vocational colleges,such as insufficient places to carry out labor education,lack of material resources,imperfect construction of teaching team,empty labor education mechanism and imperfect evaluation system.In order to further promote the development of labor education and improve the quality of labor education in higher vocational colleges in the new era,the following suggestions are put forward:strengthen the guarantee of the conditions in the school to carry out labor education,improve the construction of labor education teaching team,optimize the labor education curriculum system,and build an effective labor education management mechanism and evaluation system.
