摘  要:职业院校家长胜任力普遍较弱,导致家庭教育功能被削弱。提升家长胜任力,推动家庭教育功能的完善,正受到全社会共同关注。在中国特色现代职业教育体系的探索与实践中,职业院校学生家长胜任力的提升对健全学校家庭社会协同育人机制、推进职业教育高质量发展意义重大。围绕“理想信念力”“理念优化力”“生涯规划力”“情绪健康力”“终身学习力”等五个核心要素,构建职业院校家长胜任力模型,深入剖析职业院校家长胜任力现实困境及提升路径。The competence of parents in vocational colleges is generally weak,leading to the weakening of family education function.Improving the competence of parents and promoting the improvement of family education functions is receiving common attention from the whole society.In the exploration and practice of the modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics,improving the competence of parents of vocational college students is of great significance for improving the school family social collaborative education mechanism and promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.Focusing on the five core elements of"ideal belief power","idea optimization power","career planning power","emotional health power",and"lifelong learning power",we will build a competency model for vocational school parents,and deeply analyze the realistic difficulties and improvement paths of vocational school parents'competency.
