摘 要:采用问卷、访谈及课堂观察对中学英语教师出国培训质量进行全方位的评估,发现该项目在提升个人素质、落实“学生中心”理念、提升专业水平、提高学生成绩等方面的成效;同时也发现在选派机制、课程内容、辐射引领等方面存在的问题。基于此,提出优化项目设计、加强培训课程内容的针对性与实用性、健全项目管理办法和考核机制、搭建交流平台、加强协同提质等对策建议。〕Using questionnaires,interviews and classroom observation,the quality of the overseas training of middle school English teachers is comprehensively evaluated,and the results of the project are found to be effective in improving personal quality,implementing the concept of"student-centeredness",prompting professional level,and improving student performance.At the same time,it also finds problems in the selection mechanism,curriculum content,radiation guidance and other aspects.Based on this,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as optimizing project design,strengthening the pertinence and practicality of training course content,improving project management methods and assessment mechanism,building communication platform,and strengthening collaborative quality improvement.
