高职学生创业意愿与创业行为之间存在“黑箱”吗?——有调节的多重中介效应模型构建与检验

摘　　要：为探求高职学生创业意愿与创业行为的关系,将模糊容忍度、创业决策等作为中介变量,创业资源整合能力作为调节变量,引入到创业意愿与创业行为的作用机制中,构建有调节的多重中介效应模型并加以检验。结果表明:高职学生创业意愿对创业行为有一定的正向促进作用,但表现为弱相关的状态;模糊容忍度和创业决策在创业意识和创业行为之间,具有中介作用;创业资源整合能力能有效调节“创业资源—模糊容忍度—创业决策—创业行为”的多重链式中介作用路径;创业意愿与创业行为之间存在着有条件的“黑箱”。In order to explore the relationship between entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial behavior of higher vocational students,ambiguity tolerance and entrepreneurial decision as mediating variables and entrepreneurial resource integration ability as moderating variables are introduced into the mechanism of action between entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial behavior,and a moderated multiple mediating effect model is constructed and tested.The research reveals that entrepreneurial intention has a weak positive correlation with entrepreneurial behavior;ambiguity tolerance and entrepreneurial decision-making play an intermediary role between entrepreneurial intention and behavior;entrepreneurial resource integration ability can effectively adjust the multiple chain intermediary path of"entrepreneurial intention-fuzzy tolerance-entrepreneurial decision-making-entrepreneurial behavior";and there is a conditional"black box"between entrepreneurial intentions and entrepreneurial behavior.
