摘　　要：职业教育高质量发展在思维层面要立足未来工作世界的底层逻辑和遵循国家、社会、教育发展战略的顶层逻辑,而在实践层面要遵循基于“底层”和“顶层”的“顶天立地”逻辑。基于底层逻辑,职业教育必须主动观照未来工作世界的风险、终身学习的发展以及技术的变革;基于顶层逻辑,职业教育必须回归职业教育本质以服务社会主义现代化发展战略、展现技术特性以助力技能型社会的建设、实施科学育人以构建现代职业教育体系;基于“顶天立地”逻辑,职业教育必须依靠个人系统、技术系统、组织系统三者之间相互依赖与相互作用,最终实现职业教育高质量发展。The high quality-development of vocational education should be based on the bottom logic of the future world of work and the top logic of the national,social and educational development strategy at the thinking level,and the"indomitable"logic based on the"bottom"and"top"should be followed at the practice level.Based on the underlying logic,vocational education must take the initiative to observe the risk and strain of the future world of work,the development requirements of lifelong learning and technological change.Based on the top-level logic,vocational education must return to the essence of vocational education to serve the socialist modernization development strategy,display technical characteristics to help the construction of a skilled society,and carry out scientific education to build a modern vocational education system.Finally,based on the logic of"indomitable",vocational education must rely on the interdependence and interaction among individual system,technical system and organizational system,and finally realize the high-quality development of vocational education.
