摘　　要：新时代立德树人根本任务下,高校辅导员的职责使命主要是做好学生工作,即日常管理、学习养成和心灵建设。作为高校思想政治工作队伍之一的辅导员队伍,也应该按照思政课教师的“标准”持续加强辅导员自身素养建设、德行建设和能力建设,坚定政治立场,常怀仁爱之心,拓宽理论视野,更新固化思维,严于律己,格物正心,便可不断拓宽助人、育人和管人的新思维和新路径,从而助力高校实现立德树人的根本任务。Under the background of the fundamental task of fostering virtues in the new period,The duty and mission of college counselors are mainly to do students'work well,that is,daily management,learning and spiritual construction.As one of the ideological and political work teams in colleges and universities,counselors should continue to strengthen their own quality construction,moral construction and ability construction in accordance with the"standard"of ideological and political course teachers.They should firm political stand,have benevolence,broaden the theoretical horizon,update the solidification of thinking,be strict with themselves,and correct their attitude,thus,the new thinking and new path of helping,educating and managing people can be constantly broadened,so as to help colleges and universities realize the fundamental task of fostering virtues.
