摘 要:目的评价基于“互联网+”的理实一体化教学法在急危重症护理学实践教学中的应用效果。方法选择南通大学医学院2018级护理本科生为研究对象,其中两班为实验组(n=47),采用基于“互联网+”的理实一体化教学法;两班为对照组(n=44),采用传统教学法。采用客观结构化临床考核(OSCE)对两组学习效果进行评价,利用自制调查问卷了解实验组对基于“互联网+”的理实一体化教学法的满意度。结果实验组OSCE成绩优秀者占21.18%,良好者占61.70%,对照组分别为9.09%、36.36%,两组比较差异有统计学意义。实验组对本组教学方法表示满意。结论急危重症护理学实践教学中应用基于“互联网+”的理实一体化教学法能够调动学生学习主动性及积极性,增强教学效果,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the theory-practice integral teaching method based on"Internet+"in practical teaching of emergency and critical care nursing.Methods The study selected second-year medical students in the Nursing School of Nantong University in 2018 as the research object,with two classes selected as the experimental group(n=47)and received the integrated teaching method based on“Internet+”.Two classes were assigned to the control group(n=44)and received traditional teaching methods.The objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)was used to evaluate the learning outcomes of both groups,and a self-designed questionnaire was used to assess the satisfaction of the experimental group with the integrated teaching method based on"Internet+".Results The percentage of excellent scores in the experimental group was 21.18%,and the percentage of good scores was 61.70%.The percentages in the control group were 9.09%and 36.36%,respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The experimental group was satisfied with their teaching method.Conclusion The theory-practice integral teaching method based on"Internet+"can effectively motivate students to take an active and positive role in practical teaching of emergency and critical care nursing,enhance teaching effectiveness,and be worth promoting.
