摘 要:目的调查临床医学专业本科学生对毕业实习线上教学的接受程度及学习偏好,为提升教学质量提供参考。方法选取2021年参加毕业实习的临床医学专业学生为研究对象,使用问卷进行调查研究。结果83.67%的学生接受毕业实习线上教学,学生认为最影响线上教学的两个外在因素是自己的网络条件和学习环境,学生最感兴趣的内容是病例分享、病例分析和临床技能操作,最喜欢的互动方式是弹幕信息,将近半数学生认为最合适的线上教学时长是45~<60 min。结论应充分发挥线上教学的优势,不断改进线上教学模式。Objective This study aims to investigate the acceptance and learning preferences of clinical medicine undergraduates towards the online teaching for graduation internship,providing reference for improving the teaching quality.Methods Clinical medicine students who participated in the graduation internship in 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and a questionnaire survey was conducted.Results 83.67%of the students accepted the online teaching of graduation internship.The two external factors that students thought most influenced the online teaching were their own network conditions and learning environment.The most interesting contents were case sharing,case analysis and clinical skills operation.The preferred interaction method was bullet screen messages,and nearly half of the students considered the most suitable length of online teaching to be 45 to less than 60 minutes.Conclusion The advantages of online teaching should be fully utilized,and the online teaching mode should be improved continuously.
