摘 要:液力变矩器的选型是自动变速器匹配开发的关键要素之一,而液力变矩器选型中,扭转减振器的选型也是至关重要的一部分。扭转减振器可以降低发动机激励向传动系统的传递。该文通过SimulationX搭建整车传动系统扭振分析模型,以变速箱输入轴二阶角加速度为评价标准,进行液力变矩器扭转减振器的选型,为液力变矩器扭转减振器的选型提供一种参考。The selection of hydraulic torque converter is one of the key elements in the matching development of automatic transmission,and the selection of torsional damper is also a crucial part in the selection of hydraulic torque converter.Torsional shock absorber can reduce the transmission of engine excitation to transmission system.In this paper,the torsional vibration analysis model of the whole vehicle transmission system is built by SimulationX,and the torsional shock absorber of the torque converter is selected with the second-order angular acceleration of the input shaft of the gearbox as the evaluation standard,which provides a reference for the selection of the torsional shock absorber of the torque converter.
