摘　　要：通过讨论矩阵与对应的矩阵函数的Jordan标准形之间的关系,给出矩阵函数可对角化的充要条件,进而给出几种常见的矩阵函数可对角化的充分必要(或充分)条件,以及矩阵的最小多项式与矩阵函数的最小多项式的关系.By discussing the relationship between Jordan standard form of matrix and corresponding matrix function,the necessary and suficient condition for diagonalization of matrix function is given,and then the necessary and suficient(or sufficient)conditions for the diagonalization of several common matrix functions are given,as well as the relation between the minimal polynomial of matrix function and the minimal polynomial of matrix is given.
