摘 要:为提高变工况下发动机半主动悬置系统的隔振性能,提出一种基于天棚阻尼参考模型的滑模控制方法。根据牛顿第二定律建立1/4半主动悬置系统力学模型,以理想天棚阻尼控制系统作为参考模型,引入误差动力学模型进行滑模控制器设计;考虑车辆在行驶过程中切换挡位以及加减速等变工况的影响,建立半主动悬系统仿真模型验证滑模控制的有效性。分析结果表明:半主动悬置系统采用滑模控制后的隔振性能得到明显改善,趋于稳定的时间更短;在相同的挡位切换工况下,随着车速上升,滑模控制改善半主动悬置系统隔振性能随之下降;在相同的车速切换工况下,随着挡位上升,滑模控制改善半主动悬置系统隔振性能随之提高。In order to improve the vibration isolation performance of the semi-active engine mounting system under variable working conditions,this paper proposes a sliding mode control method based on a ceiling damping reference model.According to Newton’s Second Law of Motion,a mechanical model of the 1/4 semi-active mounting system is established.An ideal ceiling damping control system is taken as the reference model,and an error dynamics model is introduced to design the sliding mode controller.Considering the influence of variable working conditions like gear shifting,and acceleration and deceleration during the driving process,a simulation model of the semi-active mounting system is established to verify the effectiveness of the sliding mode control.The analysis results show that the vibration isolation performance of the semi-active mounting system is significantly improved after the sliding mode control is adopted,and the time to become stable is shorter.Under the same gear shifting condition,with the increase of the vehicle speed,the vibration isolation performance of the semi-active mounting system with sliding mode control decreases.Under the same vehicle speed switching condition,with the gear rising,the vibration isolation performance of the semi-active mounting system with sliding mode control improves.
