摘 要:教育技术不是现代科学技术的婢女,也不是教育学工具性存在的应用现象,更不是技术哲学的衍生领域,而是具有丰富内涵及独特品性的自为存在。始于“电化教育”,兴于“教育技术”,纷争“信息化教育”“网络教育”“智能教育”诸多称谓,逐现乱花迷眼困惑。疏辨教育技术概念,厘清教育技术内涵,廓定教育技术外延,以此绘就中国式教育技术现代化发展蓝图。教育技术是教育领域的“技术”学科,与科学思维催生的教育科学关涉“教育是什么”以及哲学思维涵化的教育哲学追问“为什么教育”不同,探寻以技术逻辑简明有效地回答“如何教育”,极力促进有效学习行为及提高教学质量。Educational technology is not merely a subservient tool of modern science and technology,nor is it an application of pedagogical instruments.It is not solely a derivative field of the philosophy of technology either.Instead,educational technology is an independent field with its own rich connotations and unique qualities.Its origins can be traced back to"electronic education,"and it has been widely recognized as"educational technology".Disputes on its terms such as"information-based education,""network education,"and"smart education"have caused confusion and ambiguity.Therefore,this study has explained the concept of educational technology,clarified its connotation,and defined its scope,aiming to develop a clear roadmap for the modernization of educational technology in China.Educational technology,as a technical discipline within the realm of education,differs from the educational thinking that explores the essence of education to answer the question of“what education is”.It also dis⁃tinguishes with the philosophical thinking in the field of education,to answer the question of“why to educate”.Its focus lies in promoting effective learning behaviours and enhancing teaching quality by using technologies,to directly answer the question of“how to educate”.
