摘 要:从内蕴几何角度出发,设计了一款新型单自由度的具有沿着相贯线平移特性的机构。根据方位特征集(POC)理论计算了机构的自由度,并对其进行了运动学分析;建立坐标系求解机构的正、逆位置解并进行了验证;基于机构的原理图,以某一具体尺寸参数建立三维模型,导入Recur-dyn中进行运动学仿真,分析了末端运行轨迹输出特性,验证了机构的可行性。Based on the intrinsic geometry,a new type of mechanism with single degree of freedom is designed which can translate along the intersecting line.According to the theory of azimuth feature set,the degree of freedom of the mechanism is calculated and its kinematics are analyzed.A coordinate system is established to solve the forward and inverse position solutions of the mechanism and it is verified.Based on the schematic diagram of the mechanism,a three-dimensional model is established with a specific dimension parameter,and the kinematics simulation is carried out in Recurdyn.The output characteristics of the terminal running trajectory are analyzed,and the feasibility of the mechanism is verified.
