摘 要:民办本科院校培养的师范生主要面向地方的应用型岗位,较为注重对学生操作技能的培养,要求学生重点积累操作知识和学习操作技能。以《普通高等学校师范类专业认证实施办法(暂行)》中师范类专业认证的标准为抓手,分析专业认证背景下民办师范院校师范生培养面临的现实问题,探索具体的人才培养路径,以期为高等师范院校学科教学体系和教学内涵的完善作出贡献,为提高师范生质量做好理论工作。The training of normal students in private undergraduate colleges is mainly for local application-oriented positions,which pays more attention to the training of students'operational skills,and requires students to focus on accumulating operational knowledge and learning operational skills.Based on the standards of normal major certification in the Implementation Measures for Normal Major Certification in Ordinary Colleges and Universities(Provisional),this paper analyzes the practical problems faced by the training of normal students in private normal colleges under the background of professional certification,and explores specific talent training paths,in order to contribute to the improvement of the subject teaching system and teaching connotation of normal colleges and universities,and do a good job in theoretical work to improve the quality of normal students.
