品性发展视域下的儿童告状及其教育诊断

摘  要:品性发展视域下的儿童告状关注研究,重在洞察儿童告状背后的品性样态,以寻求对儿童告状中的儿童品性的改造。本文基于从儿童告状中的品性表现研究与分析,提出以往儿童教育存在轻视儿童的自我中心行为习惯的纠正、感性自控能力的引导和个体价值认同的升华的问题。因此,本文主张品性发展视域下的儿童教育需培养儿童基于互助的行为习惯,帮助儿童建立关怀品性;需建立儿童基于理性的自控能力,引导儿童塑造节制品性;需培育儿童基于团结的价值认同,促进儿童建立勇敢品性。The focus of children's tattle from the perspective of character development is to gain insight into the character patterns behind children's tattle and seek to transform the children's character in their tattles.From the study and analysis of the character performance of children's tattle,this article raises the problems of despising the correction of egocentric behavior habits,the guidance of emotional self-control ability,and the sublimation of individual value identification in the past children's education.Thus,this article asserts that children's education from the perspective of character development needs to cultivate children's behavior habits based on mutual assistance and help them establish a caring character;needs to establish children's rational self-control ability and guide them to shape frugality character;needs to cultivate children's value identification based on unity and promote the establishment of children's brave character.
