摘 要:目的探讨基于学生认知水平开展分层次教学模式在高职医学检验专业实验课中的应用效果。方法研究于2021年4—5月将69名河南护理职业学院医学检验专业学生随机分为研究组和对照组,35名作为研究组,34名作为对照组。以生化检验课程为例,研究组学生进行该学科认知水平的鉴定,教师制定分层次实验教学设计方案并实施教学活动,对照组使用传统目标教学法。课程结束后对两组学生的课前预习、课堂学习以及课后实验理论、技能成绩及课程评价进行测评与分析。结果研究组的学生对该教学模式的学习满意度较高,课堂各项表现均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),课后的实验理论测试和检验技能操作成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于学生认知水平进行分层次实验教学方法,针对不同学习程度的学生进行因材施教、精准施教,可有效激发学生学习兴趣,加深学生对实验的认知和理解,提高其医学检验理论及实验技能操作水平,更易被学生接受和认可,为精准教学提供思路。Objective To explore the application effect of the hierarchical teaching model based on students'cognitive level in the experimental courses of medical laboratory specialty in higher vocational colleges.Methods From April to May 2021,69 medical laboratory major students in He'nan Nursing Vocational College were randomly divided into study group and control group,35 students as study group and 34 students as control group.Taking the course of biochemical examination as an example,the students in the research group evaluated the cognitive level of the subject,the teachers developed hierarchical experimental teaching design and implemented teaching activities,and the control group used the traditional target-oriented teaching method.After the course,the students'pre-class preview,classroom learning and after-class experimental theory,skills and course evaluation of two groups were assessed and analyzed.Results Students in the study group had higher satisfaction with this teaching mode,and their classroom performance was better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental theory test and test skill operation scores after class in study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical experimental teaching method based on students'cognitive level and the individualized and precise teaching for students with different learning levels can effectively stimulate students'interest in learning,deepen students'cognition and understanding of experiments,improve their medical laboratory theory and experimental skill operation level,and be more easily accepted and recognized by students,providing ideas for precision teaching.
