课程思政在麻醉药理学实验教学中的实践

摘　　要：医学高等教育不仅要培养医术高超的专业人才,更要重视学生思想品德的塑造。课程思政是指在马克思主义的指导下,把专业知识与思政元素有机融合,并将思政元素贯穿并渗透到专业课程教育教学活动的全过程,是目前各个高校开展思想政治工作的新模式。麻醉药理学是麻醉学的专业基础课,它是连接基础医学与临床医学的桥梁学科,是临床麻醉合理用药的理论基础,实验教学是其重要的组成部分。为了实现立德树人的教育目标,课题组教师全面提高自身政治素质,加强师德师风建设,深入挖掘麻醉药理学实验内容中的思政元素并修改教学大纲,在教学中融入实验动物伦理教育、法律意识、团队合作精神、奉献精神、诚信、创新、马克思主义哲学、节约、环保、社会责任感等思政元素。Medical higher education should not only cultivate professional talents with superb medical skills,but also attach importance to the shaping of students'ideology and morality.Curriculum ideological and political education refers to the organic integration of professional knowledge and ideological and political elements under the guidance of Marxism,and the penetration of ideological and political elements into the whole process of professional curriculum education and teaching activities.It is a new mode of ideological and political work in colleges and universities at present.Anesthetic pharmacology is a basic course of Anesthesiology.It is a bridge discipline connecting basic medicine and clinical medicine,and the theoretical basis for rational drug use in clinical anesthesia,and experimental teaching is an important part of it.In order to realize the educational goal of establishing morality and cultivating people,teachers of the research group comprehensively improved the political quality,strengthened the construction of teachers'ethics and style,deeply explored the ideological and political elements in the experimental contents of anesthetic pharmacology,and revised the teaching syllabus.Ethical education of experimental animals,legal awareness,team spirit,dedication,honesty,innovation,Marxist philosophy,thrift,environmental protection,social responsibility and other ideological and political elements have been integrated into experimental teaching.
