职业使命感对高职院校学生可就业能力的影响——以温州高职院校为例

摘　　要：本文通过对温州5所高职院校200名应届学生进行问卷调查,探讨了职业使命感、学习投入和可就业能力的关系。采用Smart PLS 4.0进行统计分析和假设检验,研究发现:职业使命感与学习投入显著正相关;职业使命感与大学生可就业能力显著正相关;学习投入中的部分维度对大学生可就业能力中的部分维度产生正向影响。This paper discusses the relationship between career calling,study engagement,and employabili⁃ty through a questionnaire survey of 200 fresh graduates from 5 higher vocational colleges in Wenzhou using Smart PLS 4.0 for statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.The results indicated a positive relationship between career calling and study engagement.Career calling is also significantly positively correlated with college students’employability.Moreover,some dimensions of study engagement positively impact some dimensions of the employability of college students.
