全口义齿实训教学中工匠精神的培养研究——以湖北职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：口腔技师是口腔修复体的制作者。口腔技师职业素养的高低,工作的好坏,对修复体的制作有直接的影响,是决定修复体成败的关键因素之一。职业院校肩负着培育新时代口腔技师的重要职责,为了提升职业技能型人才的培养质量,湖北职业技术学院教学团队依据企业岗位特点,结合全口义齿的生产过程,以工匠精神为主线,有目的地设计实训内容,使学生在技能操作中真切体会到工匠精神的内涵,培养学生形成爱岗敬业、无私奉献、精益求精、团结协作为核心的“工匠精神”,全面提升学生的职业能力和综合素养。Dental technician is the maker of dental prosthesis.The level of professionalism of dental technicians and their good or bad job has a direct impact on the production of restorations and are one of the key factors to determine the success or failure of restorations.Vocational institutes is supposed to take the important responsibility of cultivating dental technicians in the new era.In order to improve the training quality of vocational skilled personnel,the teaching team of Hubei Polytechnic Institute combined with the production process of complete denture,the main line of craftsmanship,the purposeful design of practical training contents according to the characteristics of enterprise positions so that students can truly experience the connotation of craftsmanship in skill operation,cultivate students'love for work and selfless dedication.The training content is purposely designed to make students experience the connotation of craftsmanship,cultivate the core"craftsmanship"of love and dedication,selfless dedication,excellence,solidarity and cooperation,and improve students'vocational ability and comprehensive quality.
