摘 要:教师教学是提升学生成绩的重要影响因素。为探索体育教学与大学生体质健康测试成绩之间的关系,基于教学结构理论,收集4所高校472名学生体质健康测试成绩数据,采用阶层线性模型探究教师教学对高校大学生测试成绩的影响。研究结果表明:体育教师的教学内容、教学方法、教学态度对大学生体质健康测试成绩无明显提升作用,导致这一现象的原因可能是学生未能养成运动习惯和高校体育教学模式的低效性。大学体育教师在教学设计时,应加强教学内容与学生体质健康测试项目之间的联系,通过教学方法调动学生体育健身的积极性,从而实现提升学生体质健康水平的目标。Teachers'teaching is an important factor in improving students'performance.Based on the teaching structure theory,this study collected survey data of 472 students from four universities and used a hierarchical linear model to explore the relationship between physical education teaching and college students'physical health test scores,and the impact of teachers'teaching on college students'physical health test scores.Research results indicate that teachers'teaching content,teaching methods,and teaching attitude have no significant effects on improving students'physical health scores.The important reason for this phenomenon may be that students still need to form sports dependence and the homogeneity of university physical education teaching modes.When designing teaching,physical education teachers should establish a connection between physical education teaching content and physical health testing projects and use teaching methods to motivate students in order to achieve the goal of improving students'physical health levels.
