摘  要:工程教育专业认证,不仅是一种国际化的工程教育质量保障制度,更是规范工程化教育,继而改善专业内涵建设的良好契机。“乳品加工工艺学”作为食品专业的重要工程课程之一,值此工程教育专业认证契机下,针对“乳品加工工艺学”的研究必要性、教学理念及内容、教学及考核方式的改革创新进行了探讨,立志把学生培养成具有创新能力和解决复杂乳品工程难题的应用型人才,以期为推动湖北乃至华中地区的乳品研究吸纳更多的新力量。Engineering education professional certification is not only an international engineering education quality assurance system,but also a good opportunity to standardize engineering education and improve the construction of professional connotation.Dairy processing technology is one of the important engineering courses of food specialty.Under the opportunity of the professional certification of engineering education,this paper discussed the research necessity,teaching concept and content,and the reform and innovation of teaching and assessment methods of Dairy Processing Technology,and was determined to cultivate students into applied talents with innovative ability and solving complex dairy engineering problems.In order to promote dairy research in Hubei province,even central China and absorb more young and new forces.
