摘  要:当前有些高职院校劳动教育与职业技能教育融合不紧密,劳动教育文化氛围不浓厚,学生存在劳动精神与劳动价值观缺失等问题.作为培养高素质技术技能人才的高职院校,要全面贯彻党的教育方针,强化劳动教育,通过劳动教育与职业技能教育互融互促,培养青年学生劳动精神,塑造工匠精神,努力提高职业技术技能水平.劳动教育与职业技能教育互融互促可以通过与实践课程、创新能力培养相结合,以及与职业生涯规划相结合等途径来实现.At present,there are some problems in some higher vocational colleges,such as the lack of close integration of labor education and vocational skill education,the lack of strong cultural atmosphere of labor education,and the lack of labor spirit and labor values.As a higher vocational college to train high-quality technical and skilled talents,it is necessary to fully implement the party's educational policy,strengthen labor education,promote each other through labor education and vocational skill education,cultivate young students'labor spirit and shape their craftsmanship,try to improve their vocational and technical skills level.The mutual integration and promotion of labor education and vocational skills education can be realized through the combination of labor education and practice courses,labor education and innovation ability training,and labor education and career planning.
