摘 要:职业本科教育作为职业教育向上衍生的产物,在发展初期便得到了国家系列制度支持,同时,也面对着被强加的职业教育社会偏见。为了避免人们对职业教育的“刻板印象”变成负面首因效应,作为新生的职业本科教育一开始就要做好印象建构,采取有力措施塑造自我、提升形象,即利用讨好技术控制外界获取信息的内容、加大宣传控制外界获取信息的渠道、坚持言行合一获取外界对政策的信任、通过群体崛起冲击大众的传统认知。Vocational undergraduate education as an upward derivative of vocational education has received support from a series of national systems in the early stages of development while it also faces the imposed social biases in vocational education.To avoid people’s“stereotype”of vocational education turning into a negative primacy effect,as for a newly-emerging vocational undergraduate education,we should do a good job of impression construction at the beginning,take effective measures to shape themselves and improve their image,namely,using positive technology to control the content of information obtained by the outside world,increasing publicity to control the channels of information obtained by the outside world,adhering to the unity of words and deeds to obtain the trust of the outside world in policies,and impacting the traditional perception of the public through the rise of groups.
