摘  要:为了了解特殊教育康复教师的职业认同感现状,本文采用问卷调查法,以269名特殊教育康复教师为被试进行了职业认同感调查研究。研究发现:特殊教育康复教师职业认同感水平处于中等偏上,在年龄、教龄、职称等方面存在显著差异。研究建议加强教育康复师资队伍建设;提高教师薪资待遇、减少其超负荷工作;出台康复行业标准,减少行业乱象,对私立机构进行规范化管理和建立康复教师学习平台等多个方面促进特殊教育康复教师职业认同感的提升。In order to understand the current status of special education rehabilitation teachers'professional identity,this study used a questionnaire method to study the professional identity of 269 special education rehabilitation teachers as subjects.The study found that:the level of professional identity of special education rehabilitation teachers was in the middle to upper range,and there were significant differences in age,teaching experience,and job title.The study recommends strengthening the construction of education and rehabilitation teachers;improving teachers'salaries and reducing their overload;introducing rehabilitation industry standards,reducing industry chaos,standardizing the management of private institutions and establishing a learning platform for rehabilitation teachers to promote the professional identity of special education rehabilitation teachers in several ways.
