摘  要:建设高质量教育体系是一项系统工程。职前教师教育作为基础教育师资培养的关键环节,是基础教育高质量发展的基础和保障,培养路径的选择应积极回应高质量基础教育体系建设需求。从建设高质量教育体系的任务出发,职前教师培养的着力点在于:学科德育的理解与落实、教育创新的意识与探索以及持续发展的自觉与习惯养成。Building a high-quality education system is a systematic project.Pre-service teacher education as the key link of teacher training in basic education is the basis and guarantee for high-quality development of basic education.The selection of training path should actively respond to the construction needs of high-quality basic education system.Starting from the task of building a high-quality education system,the focus of pre-service teacher training lies in the understanding and implementation of discipline moral education,the awareness and exploration of educational innovation,and the formation of awareness and habit of sustainable development.
