摘  要:加强实践教学已经成为我国教师职前教育体系改革中的关键环节,对师范生成长与发展至关重要。对照国家振兴教师教育的战略要求,教师职前教育实践教学应切实落实以学生为中心的价值理念,促进师范生整体发展;强化和完善实践教学目标体系建设,促进师范生实践智慧生成;优化和完善多位一体协同育人机制,改善实践教学的实施环境;优化完善实践教学内容体系,丰富实践教学形式;完善“双导师制”,切实加强实践教学师资队伍建设;完善实践教学质量监控机制,全面强化质量管理。Strengthening practical teaching has become a key link in the reform of pre-service education system for teachers in China,and is crucial to the growth and development of normal students.According to the strategic requirements of the country to revitalize teacher education,in the practical teaching of pre-service education for teachers,we should effectively implement the student-centered value concept to promote the overall development of normal students,strengthen and improve the construction of practical teaching objective system to promote the generation of practical wisdom of normal students,optimize and improve the multi-in-one collaborative education mechanism to perfect the implementation environment of practical teaching,optimize and improve the content system of practical teaching to enrich the forms of practical teaching,perfect the“double-tutor system”to effectively strengthen the construction of practical teaching faculty,and improve the monitoring mechanism of practical teaching quality to comprehensively strengthen quality management.
