摘 要:教师教学“公共精神”是在学校公共生活中,为达成育人目标而表现出的自觉维护公共价值、关怀公共利益、参与公共事务等的公共态度与行为方式。它对教学所具有的重要影响体现为:公共理性建构教学认知,公共关怀锤炼教学情感,公共参与改进教学行为。教师本应肩负培养年轻一代公共品格、提升社会公共福祉的使命,却因公共精神缺失而在纷繁的价值困扰中迷失了方向,出现了教学反思的技术主义、教学交往的功利主义、教学生活的个人主义等问题。解决教师教学“公共精神”缺失带来的这些问题,需要增强教师的公共理性自觉、塑造教师的公共关怀品质、拓宽教师的公共参与渠道,确保教师公共使命的达成。The“public spirit”of teachers’teaching is a public attitude and behavior mode that consciously maintains public value,cares for public interests and participates in public affairs to achieve the goal of education.It has an important influence on teaching.The public reason constructs teaching cognition,public care tempers teaching emotion,and public participation standardizes teaching behavior.Teachers should shoulder the mission of cultivating the public character of the young generation and improving the social public welfare,but they are lost in the lack of public spirit and the confusion of values,and have problems in teaching reflection,teaching communication and teaching life.In order to solve the problem caused by the lack of“public spirit”in teachers’teaching,it is necessary to enhance the consciousness of public rationality,shape the quality of public care,broaden the channels of public participation,and ensure the realization of teachers’public mission.
