摘 要:目的综述反思教育在国内外临床护理实习生实践能力培养中的应用进展。方法检索PubMed、Embase、CINAHL、万方、中国知网数据库中关于反思和临床护理反思技能培养的相关文献。结果阐述了反思的定义、层次、框架或模式、相关理论、反思技能培养在临床护理教育中的关键点及应用效果。结论反思技能培养可提高护生的人文关怀能力和评判性思维能力,在实践中护士进行反思对保障护理质量有重要意义,但目前国内临床护理教育者的反思教学技能参差不齐,对护生的反思技能培养重视不足,亟待护理教育者为护生开设反思课程。Objective To scope review the research progress of reflection in clinical nursing education internationally.Methods The literature in relation to reflection were retrieved from the database of PubMed,Embase,CINAHL,Wanfang and CNKI.The progress of application of reflection in clinical nursing education was summarized.Results The definition,different levels,frameworks or models,relevant theories of reflection,as well as the key points of reflection in clinical nursing education and the effectiveness of its application were elaborated.Conclusion Reflection can improve nursing students’humanistic care and critical thinking skills,and it is vital for nurses to engage in reflection so as to ensure the quality of nursing care.However,the reflective teaching skills of clinical nurse educators in China are currently uneven and less attention is paid to the development of nursing students'reflective skills.It is an urgent need for nursing educators to provide reflection courses for nursing students.
