摘 要:为了满足政府企业对高技能人才的需求和学徒工人对高技能的诉求,缓解传统大学教育的危机,在政策法规的引导和支持下,英国政府大力发展学位学徒制。通过确立企业主导地位,依托吸引力强的专业和院校,设置多元申请条件,多主体共绘培养标准,构建完善的保障体系,培养了大批高层次应用型人才。借鉴英国经验,我国应着力优化发挥企业主体作用的制度,完善职业教育学位制度体系,以“类型教育”为统领,依托“高层次学徒制”项目,营造良好人才培养环境,创新高层次应用型人才培养。In order to meet the needs of government enterprises for high-skilled talents,apprentice workers’demands for high-skilled workers and alleviate the crisis of traditional university education,the British government vigorously develops the degree apprenticeship system under the guidance and support of policies and regulations.By establishing the dominant position of enterprises,relying on at⁃tractive majors and colleges,setting multiple application conditions,setting up training standards with multiple subjects,and building a complete security system,a large number of high-level applicationoriented talents have been trained.Learning from the UK experience,we should focus on optimizing the system that gives full play to the main role of enterprises,improve the vocational education degree system,take“type education”as the guide,rely on the“high-level apprenticeship”project,create a good environment for talent training,and innovate our country’s high-level application-oriented talent training.
