摘 要:工科教师承担着为国家工业发展培养人才的重任,研究高校工科新教师教学适应性,对提升工科教师教学水平具有重要价值。以发展性评价理论为指导,通过分析96名高校工科新教师课堂教学情况,发现高校工科新教师课堂教学不适应性主要集中在教学设计、教学资源、教学组织、教学方法运用及互动、教学评价反思、教学基本功等方面。高校工科新教师存在教学设计理念不新、教学资源选择类型有限、教学方法单一、教学基本功不扎实等问题。为提升高校工科新教师教学适应性,应凸显教师专业发展专业性,强化师生发展中心地位;开展多元化课程教学设计,融入技术与工程教育认证理念;丰富工科教学资源类型,实施交互式课堂教学活动;夯实教师教学基本功,提升教师评价与反思能力。Engineering teachers take responsibility for the training of talents for national industrial development,and there is considerable value in investigating the adaptive capacity of novice engineering teachers in colleges and universities to improve their teaching levels.Guided by Developmental Evaluation Theory,this paper analyses the classroom teaching of 96 novice engineering teachers in colleges and universities.In classroom teaching,the unadaptability of novice engineering teachers lies primarily in teaching design,teaching resources,teaching organization,application and interaction of teaching methods,teaching assessment reflection,teaching foundational skills,and so forth.Novice engineering teachers are faced with the challenges of lacking a new concept for teaching design,a limited choice of teaching resources,a monotonous teaching method,and a lack of a strong foundation of teaching skills.To improve the teaching adaptability of novice engineering teachers,it is necessary to highlight the professional development of teachers and strengthen the central position of teachers and students.In addition,it is vitally important to develop a diverse curriculum design that incorporates the concept of engineering education and technical certification,as well as enrich types of engineering education resources,and implement interactive classroom instructional activities.The focus should also be centered on strengthening teachers'core teaching skills,as well as enhancing teachers'capacity for assessment and reflection.
