摘 要:传统白酒酿造过程中酒醅等物料的运输多使用行车抓斗等设备,其转运空间和路线受到限制,物料的存储多使用暂存斗等设备,物料的暂存及转运等操作较为费时费工,导致酿酒物料的暂存与转运效率较低,影响行车等设备的运行效率。针对上述问题,本文分析与探讨了一种机械化酿酒车间用物料转运箱设计方案的实现。该装置主要由框体和开合组件等部分构成,其中,框体为开口向上的梯形,框体上下两侧通透,框体上设置有卡接组件,底梁贯穿框体的底部两侧,且底梁与底部两侧底板之间的缝隙对应。对比分析表明,该装置结构简单、设计合理,可以有效提高酿酒物料的暂存与转运效率,节省了转运时间,降低了空间和路线对物料转运的影响,实用性较强。In the traditional production process of Baijiu,the transportation of fermented grains and other materials mainly uses a gripper,of which the moving space and route are limited.The temporary storage of materials mainly uses a bucket,and the operation of temporary storage and transfer of materials is time-consuming and inefficient,which affects the operation efficiency of other equipment.Aiming at the above problems,this paper designs a material transfer box used in the mechanized production workshop of Baijiu.The device is mainly composed of a frame and opening and closing components.The frame is trapezoid,opens on both top and bottom sides,and has clamping components.The bottom beam goes through the bottom of the frame,and corresponds with the gap between the bottom plates.Comparative analysis shows that the device is simple in structure and reasonable in design.The device can effectively improve the efficiency of temporary storage and transfer of materials,and reduce the influence of space and route on the material transfer process.
