摘 要:“双高计划”致力于打造技术技能人才培养高地,本文以酿酒技术专业黔匠工坊建设为例,紧扣贵州酿酒产业发展需求,通过完善产教融合机制,探索基于现代学徒制的酿酒技术拔尖人才培养,打造协同创新团队和培育工匠精神等途径,实现了产业链、岗位链、教学链的深度融合,推动高职酿酒技术专业人才培养模式改革与创新,有效助力技术技能人才培养高地建设,为贵州酿酒产业转型升级及高质量发展提供了高素质技术技能人才支撑。The aim of the“double high-level”project is to create a highland for cultivating skilled talents.This article takes the construction of the Guizhou Craftsman Workshop in liquor-making technology major as an example,targeting at the development needs of liquor-making industries in Guizhou,explores the improvement of the integration mechanism of industry and education,the cultivation of top-notch talents in liquor-making technology major based on modern apprenticeship,the construction of collaborative innovation teams,and the cultivation of craftsman spirit.The teaching reformation has achieved the deep integration of industry chain,job chain and teaching chain,promoted the reformation and innovation of talent cultivation mode for liquor-making technology major in vocational colleges,and provided high-quality and skilled talents for the transformation and upgrading of liquor-making industries in Guizhou.
