中美2所高校公共卫生与城市规划跨学科人才培养方式的比较与启示

摘　　要：健康城市是健康中国建设的重要抓手,其实现需要城市规划和公共卫生等多学科的合作共融,这对跨学科的交叉人才培养提出了新的要求。未来医学突破性的进展同样有赖于与其他学科的交叉与融合。目前,我国在“医学+X”交叉研究生培养方面的实践有限、时间较短、经验仍然不丰富。在此方面,美国加州大学伯克利分校的城市规划系和公共卫生系于1968年开设了联合培养硕士研究生项目并发展至今,我国浙江大学于2016年成立了包括“医药+X”等在内的7个多学科交叉人才培养中心,于2020年正式开始了公共卫生与城市规划跨学科博士研究生的培养。本研究比较了中美2所高校公共卫生和城市规划跨学科人才培养方式,提出了从中获得的启示,以期为新时期高校跨学科人才培养提供参考和借鉴。Healthy city is the important component for health China,and it needs the interdisciplinary cooperation of public health and urban planning.This puts forward new requirements for interdisciplinary talent training.The breakthrough in medicine also relies on the disciplinary of medicine and integration of medicine and other subjects.To date,the post-graduate training program of“Medicine+X”in China does not have a long history and lacks practice and experience.In order to culture the interdisciplinary talents,UC Berkeley University developed the dual master's degree program integrating the department of urban planning and public health in 1968,which still has the development now.Zhejiang University developed seven disciplinary talent training centers including“Medicine+X”in 2016,as well as the PhD program of urban planning and public health in 2020.This paper aims to compare the talent training modes of disciplinary of public health and urban planning in two universities in the US and China,to put forward the inspiration and to provide reference for the interdisciplinary talent training in the universities in new era.
