积极心理团体辅导对大学生积极心理品质的影响

摘　　要：积极心理品质有利于帮助大学生应对学习生活中的不良事件。本文旨在探讨积极心理学视角下的团体辅导对大学生积极心理品质的效用。招募120名大学生,其中对照组30人,实验组90人,采用前后测实验设计对实验组大学生进行团体辅导干预,使用品格优势与美德量表评估大学生的积极心理品质。结果显示:(1)积极心理团体辅导对大学生积极心理品质有显著影响;(2)积极心理团体辅导干预后,大学生的积极心理品质存在着显著的组间差异,事后比较显示男生组显著高于混合组;(3)混合组中智慧、勇气、超越等积极心理品质水平得到显著提升,男生组在勇气品质上具有显著提升,女生组的积极心理品质的提升效果不显著。这意味着大学生的积极心理品质具有可塑性,积极心理团体辅导有助于大学生心理品质的培育,对于不同性别的大学生应采用针对性的培育方式。Positive psychological quality is beneficial to help college students cope with adverse events in their study and life.This study explores the effect of group counseling on the positive psychological quality of college students from the perspective of positive psychology.120 college students were recruited,including 30 in the control group and 90 in the experimental group.Group counseling intervention was carried out for the experimental group by the pre and post test experimental design.Character strengths questionnaire was used to evaluate the psychological quality of college students.Findings show that:(1)positive psychological quality of college students presents a significant difference;(2)after the intervention of positive psychological group counseling,the positive psychological quality of college students has a significant difference between the groups,the male group is significantly higher than the mixed group;(3)in the mixed group,positive psychological qualities such as wisdom and knowledge,courage and transcendence are significantly improved;the male group has a significant improvement in courage quality;the improvement effect of positive psychological quality of female students is not significant.The results also show that the psychological quality of college students is malleable,positive psychological group counseling is conducive to the cultivation of psychological quality of college students,and that different genders of college students should adopt targeted cultivation methods.
