摘  要:党的二十大报告对“推进教育数字化”作出重要战略部署,教育数字化大力推进,对我国教师数字化管理提出了新的要求。为深入学习贯彻党的二十大精神,总结凝练教师数字化管理的实践探索,在教育部教师工作司的指导支持下,本期《电化教育研究》推出《我国教师数字化管理实践探索》,围绕教师资格管理数字化、师德师风治理数字化、乡村教师精细化管理等方面的实践探索、现实应用进行经验总结,以期为推进我国教师数字化管理提供实践参考。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made an important strategic deployment for"promoting the digitization of education",vigorously promoting the digitization of education,and putting forward new and higher requirements for the digital construction of the teaching staff.In order to deeply study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,summarize and refine the practical exploration of digital management of teachers,under the guidance and support of the Teacher Work Department of the Ministry of Education,"Research on Electronic Education"launches the"Practical Exploration of Digital Management of Teachers in China",summarizing the practical exploration and real-life applications of digital management of teacher qualifications,digital governance of teacher ethics and professional conduct,and refined management of rural teachers,with a view to provide practical reference for promoting digital management of teachers in China.
